Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 11700 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 11700 platform (accessible via 11700.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please refrain from using this platform.

3. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 11700 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, approved e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. 11700 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days, depending on the chosen method.
11700 reserves the right to suspend or reverse transactions that are deemed suspicious or in violation of the platform's usage policy. In such cases, users will be notified and may contact the support team for further details.
4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
Users agree to use the 11700 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Any attempt to exploit, defraud, or manipulate the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and further action.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Manipulating game outcomes or bets through any technical means or collusion.
- Using multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses or promotions.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
11700 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. 11700 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
